Your work will make history and help millions of lives each day come together around the joys of food and inspire their well-being.Position Title: Sr Product Manager Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer Promise Vision: Define and deliver on the “best attainable promise” by improving accuracy, reliability, and speed of commitment while optimizing labor and cost. Slot Management: Lead product initiatives to improve slot availability, demand shaping, and intelligent allocation across markets. Collaboration with Data Science & Engineering: Work with DS teams to build, test, and optimize ML/AI models for demand forecasting, labor management, and fulfillment efficiency. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap informed by customer needs, research insights, and business priorities. Insights & Decision-Making: Analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and present findings with compelling visualizations to influence senior stakeholders. Operational Excellence: Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring dependencies across systems and initiatives are accounted for. Cross-Functional Partnership: Drive alignment and delivery across Ops, Merchandising, Technology, and Corporate Strategy teams. Operate in Ambiguity: Identify opportunities in uncertain problem spaces and translate them into clear, actionable initiatives. Operational Responsibilities: Writing user stories as a part of the product development lifecycle that: Directly support primary objectives of the project are appropriate in size for iterative development include clear and specific acceptance criteria consider dependencies on other stories and/or projects & initiativesExperience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Management Consulting. Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and SQL. Exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Experience collaborating with Data Science teams to develop and optimize models. Proven ability to find opportunities and deliver results in ambiguous environments.Highly Desirable: Experience in demand planning, labor planning, fulfillment, or slot management systems. Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain experience. Knowledge of programming documentation processes/procedures. Ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect service. Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across the department and team. Self-starter, with a desire to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.Competencies: Compassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, and respect. Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain experience.Additional Skills: Exceptional ability to operate as a team player and build strong relationships across teams. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas effectively. Passionate about solving customer problems and delivering great products.
