Your responsibilities will include:- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the company’s vision and customer needs. - Customer Insights: Engage with educators, administrators, and students to deeply understand their needs and pain points. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful product features on time and within scope. - Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for product improvement and validate assumptions. - Go-to-Market: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches and updates, ensuring a seamless customer experience. - Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance and gather feedback to iterate and enhance features.A Typical Week:- Conduct user interviews with K-12 educators to gather product feedback. - Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and refine upcoming sprint tasks. - Review analytics data to measure feature adoption and identify areas for improvement. - Lead a brainstorming session with the design team to enhance the user experience. - Present the product roadmap to the leadership team, incorporating insights from market trends and customer feedback.Grow With Us:At AssessPrep, we believe in investing in our team's development.
