Responsibilities : Deliver instructor-led sessions on manual and automation testing concepts.  Cover topics like SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, test case writing, and bug tracking.  Train on tools like Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman, JIRA, and others.  Provide hands-on practice through assignments, real-world projects, and simulations.  Evaluate learners through assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews.  Stay updated on industry trends and update course content accordingly.  Mentor and support students in understanding complex testing scenarios.  Coordinate with program managers and share timely feedback on student progress. Deliver instructor-led sessions on manual and automation testing concepts.  Cover topics like SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, test case writing, and bug tracking. Certifications like ISTQB, Certified Software Tester, or equivalent are preferred.  Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software testing roles (manual and/or automation). Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is a plus.  Experience working in the EdTech or vocational training sector.  Familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle or Google Classroom.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.  Student-centric approach with strong mentoring skills.  Organized, proactive, and responsive to feedback.
