Solidworks Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling and Design**:

- Utilize SolidWorks software to create detailed and accurate 3D models of components and assemblies.
- Interpret and understand project requirements, specifications, and constraints to develop innovative design solutions.
- **Drafting and Documentation**:

- Generate 2D drawings, including detailed views, dimensions, and tolerances, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintain accurate design documentation.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and production teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the design process.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall design and functionality.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify and resolve design issues and challenges through effective problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design changes and improvements based on feedback and testing.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Implement best practices for design quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SolidWorks Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SolidWorks software and its features.
- Proficiency in creating detailed 2D drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
