Role Description
This full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru is for a Greenhouse Training Specialist at AgroTIE. The Greenhouse Training Specialist will lead hands-on training sessions, develop comprehensive instructional materials, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, instructional proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and educate a diverse range of participants, including farmers, students, and agricultural professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in greenhouse management, hydroponics, or sustainable farming.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a start-up environment.
