Key Responsibilities :

User Onboarding & Offboarding :

- Prepare IT assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals) for new joiners.

- Create login credentials in Exchange Online and manage user accounts.

- Collect IT assets from relieving employees with proper documentation.

Asset & Inventory Management :

- Maintain and update IT inventory records on SharePoint.

- Track issued/returned devices and ensure proper documentation.

IT Procurement & Vendor Coordination :

- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and price negotiations.

- Ensure timely procurement of IT hardware and software.

System & Network Maintenance :

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.

- Ensure proper functioning of Office 365, Intune, and other enterprise applications.

- Monitor network performance and escalate issues when needed.

User Support & Issue Resolution :

- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Assist users with software installations, system updates, and troubleshooting.

- Manage and support email services, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Documentation & Compliance :

- Maintain IT asset records, configurations, and user access logs.

- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and assist in IT audits.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience in IT support, asset management, and user administration.

- Proficiency in Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
