Job Title: Telecaller – BFSI Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Location: Rajendra Place, New Delhi Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have experience promoting and managing loan products , including personal loans, business loans, or home loans. This role requires strong communication skills, lead conversion ability, and a focus on building positive customer relationships . Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote loan products and financial services . Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to customers. Follow up on leads, resolve customer queries , and convert them into successful closures. Maintain accurate customer data and call records . Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing . Maintain a professional, customer-focused, and ethical approach at all times. Requirements 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience in the BFSI industry. Experience handling loan products (personal, business, home, or vehicle loans). Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and CRM tools . Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets .
