Established in 2004, we have become market leader, serving more than 1200 clients across various industries in India.Job Description - Presales Manager/ Senior Presales ManagerKey Responsibilities:• Qualifying leads and collaborating with the client and sales team to assess customer requirements.• Creating sales pitches, and providing product knowledge to the sales team and client• Do requirement analysis and technical presentations• Coordinate with design team to prepare solution designs, BOQs, system schematics, and technical documentation• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed solution inputs• Present solutions to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence• Coordinate with OEMs and internal technical teams to validate solution architecture and product compatibility• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in AV, UC, IoT and integration standards• Provide technical support during demos, POCs, and early implementation phases• Participate in client meetings, webinars, trade shows, and industry events as a solution expertKey Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field• Proven experience in presales, solution engineering, or system design in the AV Integration industry• Strong knowledge of Audio Visual Integration including:o Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.) and hardware solutionso Display technologies (Active LED, projection, interactive displays)o Audio systems (DSPs, microphones, speakers)o Control systems (Crestron, Extron, Kramer, AMX etc.)o Networking concepts related to AV over IP• Familiarity with AV standards such as HDBaseT, Dante, AES67, and PoE• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills• Strong documentation and proposal writing skills• Certifications from AVIXA (CTS preferred), Crestron, Extron, or similar OEMs are an added advantage.
