Relationship Manager – Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales through field visits, client meetings, and lead conversion.

Promote company products in the Mumbai region.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with branch managers and team leaders to ensure smooth sales operations.

Analyze customer needs and provide the best financial solutions.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for policy renewals and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (BFSI / FMCG / Telecom / Field Sales preferred).

Graduation required (any stream).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Local market knowledge of Mumbai will be an advantage.
