1) DESIGNATION: Production Manager – Food Ingredients & Premixes

2) LOCATION: South Delhi – Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1

3) JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum 15 years prior experience of manufacturing Vitamin Premixes for Food Fortification, Take-Home-Rations (THR), Mid-Day Meal (MDM), Ready To Use Therapeutic Foods (RUTF), Ready to Use Supplementary Foods (RUSF) working in a Nutraceutical/Food/Pharma manufacturing company. Must have knowledge of developing new formulations by reverse engineering from product labels / product. Should have experience of raw material and packing material purchase, BOM, SOP, BMR, including testing of raw-materials and finished goods and inventory management. Should have experience of quality control and ensure manufacturing of products of consistently high-quality complying to FSSAI, Drug & Cosmetics, and BIS standards. Should have experience of evaluating, purchasing, installing and operating plant/equipment including maintenance. Should have experience of recruiting, training and managing workforce including operations management. Should have experience of quality assurance, root-cause-analysis (RCA) and making rectification in formulations and processes. Must know how to design formulations, calculate BOM, make Manufacturing Process as well as product SOP and MSDS, TDS and Stability Report. Must have prior experience of following process parameters and adherence to ISO, GMP, FSSC 22000, HACCP and their documentations. Must have experience of enforcing and compliance of FSSAI, Drug & Cosmetics Act, Factory Act, Labour Act, Pollution Control Act including record keeping Job Card, BMR, SOP, quality control records, and stock registers and regulatory records etc. Must be abreast with latest technologies. Must have exposure to ISO, GMP, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, Kosher and other such certification and audits.

4) PREFERENCE: candidates having experience of Vitamin Premixes for Food Fortification, Take-Home-Rations (THR), Mid-Day Meal (MDM), Ready To Use Therapeutic Foods (RUTF), Ready to Use Supplementary Foods (RUSF) working in Nutraceutical/Food/Pharma company, developing new products by reverse-engineering, must have set-up a greenfield food manufacturing plant, savvy in using Excel and fluent in written and spoken English, about 40 years age.

5) SALARY: CTC as per industry.

6) EDUCATION: BTech/MTech Food Technology, BPharma/MPharma
