- We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Commercial Manager to oversee the business's commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure profitability.- The Commercial Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to maximize business opportunities and strengthen market position.- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business proposals.- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend tracking.- Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on commercial performance.- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong market and customer insight with ability to identify growth opportunities.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial analysis software.- Leadership abilities with experience managing teams and projects (ref:iimjobs.com)
