Job Description – Sales & Marketing Lead

Location: Chandigarh/Mohali

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Director

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring revenue growth for Dr. Arora Clinic. This role demands a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution across sales channels, digital platforms, and patient engagement programs. The individual will lead the sales & marketing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase patient inflow and clinic revenue.
  • Identify and build partnerships with corporates, referral doctors, wellness centers, and community groups.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to conversion, ensuring monthly targets are met.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Plan and oversee digital campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing).
  • Strengthen clinic's online presence and manage digital reputation (reviews, ratings, testimonials).
  • Plan & execute offline marketing initiatives including health talks, medical camps, and community outreach.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Mentor and guide junior sales/marketing staff.
  • Coordinate with doctors, operations, and front office teams to align sales and patient engagement strategies.
  • Monitor lead management system (CRM) to ensure timely follow-ups and data accuracy.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new service opportunities.
  • Develop patient retention and referral strategies.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management with actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills

·       MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management.

·       3–8 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably healthcare, wellness, or service industry).

·       Strong leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.

·       Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.

·       Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
