Role Overview:

As Partner Manager Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving business acquisition and revenue growth by expanding TTBSs enterprise connectivity solutions within the assigned region. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with channel partners to ensure business growth, customer satisfaction, and enhanced partner loyalty. Your role will focus on increasing product penetration across various verticals through effective partner enablement and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new enterprise customers (logos) meeting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets across products such as PRI, ILL, SIP Trunk, MPLS, Mobility, and Data Center services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive business expansion and satisfaction.

- Support partners and customers by coordinating with internal TTBS teams for seamless service delivery.

- Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to grow Existing Product per Customer (EPPC) metrics.

- Lead demand generation efforts through industry events, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement programs.

- Collaborate in high-value enterprise meetings to support closing large deals.

- Monitor partner performance, ROI, manpower attrition, and ensure adherence to policies and processes.

- Conduct regular partner training and compliance checks to enhance capabilities.

- Provide competitive market insights to shape proactive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of enterprise telecom services (wireline & wireless).

- Proven B2B sales and channel management experience in ICT/telecom.

- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with tech, finance, and operations teams.

- Strategic thinker with capability to execute localized GTM plans.

- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and adaptability.
