Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle client queries, provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Query Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow-up & Feedback: Ensure timely follow-ups and gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Service Improvement: Suggest ways to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willing to travel based on company requirements
