As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and effective CRM solutions to our clients.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex CRM systems based on the Dynamics 365 platform.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant.

Experience : 6+ years.

Location : Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Design and Implementation :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and develop custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, and other platform tools.

- Implement CRM systems, including data migration, configuration, and customization.

Integration :

- Integrate CRM with other systems (e.g, ERP, marketing automation) using APIs and connectors.

- Develop and maintain integration workflows and data mappings.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for CRM systems, including troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents.

- Manage system updates and patches.

Problem Solving :

- Identify and resolve technical challenges related to CRM implementation and usage.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams.

Best Practices :

- Adhere to Microsoft's best practices and standards for CRM implementation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM Online and On-Premise deployments.

- In-depth knowledge of CRM configuration, customization, and development using Power Apps, Flow, and the platform's SDK.

- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in CRM environments.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g, JavaScript, C#) and database management systems (e.g, SQL Server).

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in implementing CRM solutions across various industries (e.g, retail, manufacturing, healthcare).

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, or Sales modules.

- Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based technologies.
