Greetings from TCS Role - SAP BASIS HANA ConsultantRequired Functional/Technical Skill Set - SAP BASIS and HANA MigrationDesired Experience Range - 10+ YearsDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-HaveRich experience in architecting and planning SAP Upgrade and database migration projectsWorking experience on different flavors of database DB2, Oracle, HANA and SybaseHands on experience of implementation and conversion for S/4HANA solutions and SAP Sizing.Experienced on HANA Administration and migrating standard SAP Models to In-memory optimized models and Performance testing.Providing support of SAP production systems and associated support environments (i.e. non-prod environments), monitoring Supported Applications at the Basis layer, applying Patches, and administering the application logs.Performed multiple Homogeneous System Copy of SAP BW, R/3, APO, and ECC systems to establish training/break fix environments.Perform S/4 installation, upgrades, patches, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation of add-on software components.ADS Configuration, BTP Monitoring and experience with Cloud ConnectorSolman configuration and Introscope troubleshooting.SAP JAVA and Portal Administration Performance tuning, critical troubleshooting activities and incident resolution.Setup and Configuration of Solution Manager Dashboards in order to monitor & administer the SAP systems.Monitoring CPU / HANA Memory Utilization, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP systems.Provide Production Support 24x5 with periodic on-call responsibilities 24*7.Performance optimization and tuning: deep experience with SQL traces to achieve Performance Impact Analysis.Strong working knowledge in UNIX/Linux and Windows operating system platforms.Mastery of the HANA knowledge including High Availability and Disaster Recovery.Good-to-HaveKnowledge in Retail Domain and Other functional ModulesCertification in SAP S/4 HANA and OS/DB Migration will be a plus.Experience or knowledge in JIRA, Service Now.Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Perform end-to-end conversion for BW S/4 HANA and SizingLead the implementation of technology-enabled business solutions for the customer as an architect.Adhering to the procedures and processes provided, while performing all activities.Working in Agile methodology.Providing support of SAP production systems and associated support environments (i.e. non-prod environments), monitoring Supported Applications at the Basis layer, applying Patches, and administering the application logs.provide technical support and effective database/basis solutions to end-users and team membersStrong stakeholder management skills and Strong communication skills to engage with business. The consultant will lead the team and coordinate with other cross functional teams The candidate will have experience in business process expertise of S&OP, client engagements, and demonstrated project management skills to develop detailed solution implementation tools and methodologies.
