We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to spearhead the development of thriving, engaged fitness communities. This role combines strategy, creativity, and connection, offering a unique opportunity to drive growth and foster meaningful collaboration.

As a Community Manager, you'll be instrumental in creating vibrant spaces where members connect, participate, and achieve their fitness goals. Working closely with Cult Champions and fitness enthusiasts, you'll lead initiatives that inspire engagement, build relationships and elevate the community experience


Key Responsibilities


Community Development

•⁠ ⁠Build and nurture micro-communities with Cult Champions (super users)

•⁠ ⁠Empower members with resources to achieve fitness goals.

•⁠ ⁠Foster a sense of belonging and active participation.

•⁠ ⁠Drive community growth aligned with organizational objectives.


Event Management & Engagement

•⁠ ⁠Organize meetups, fitness events, and workshops.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct center visits for on-ground engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth execution of all community events.


Content & Innovation

•⁠ ⁠Develop engaging content that drives participation.

•⁠ ⁠Introduce gamification, challenges, and interactive campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Address member concerns promptly and effectively & bring fresh ideas to enhance the community experience.


Skills & Competencies

- Fitness Expertise: At least 2 years in fitness industry, with the ability to inspire and connect with the fitness community.

- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Build trust, cultivate relationships, and encourage engagement within the community.

- Effective Communication: Articulate ideas clearly, persuasively, and with impact, both in person and online.

- Leadership Abilities: Inspire and guide Cult Champions and members towards shared goals.

- Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple priorities efficiently and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

- Creative Innovation: Develop fresh ideas to keep the community energized and evolving.

- Problem-Solving: Navigate challenges with creativity and practical solutions.

- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

- ⁠Proficiency with Google Sheets and other data-driven tools to effectively analyse, track, and optimise community initiatives.
