Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic andexperienced Community Manager to join our team of Marketingprofessionals.

You will be responsible forhandling and managing the companys communications. You will also beresponsible for increasing the brand awareness of the company. Youshould be able to create and engage an online community.

Furthermore you should have experience andknowledge of creating online communities. You should also be ableto track and analyze the community metrics accordingly. To besuccessful in this job role you should possess extraordinarywriting skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and preparing monthlycontent plans.
  • Developing and implementingmarketing and communications strategies.
  • Creating engaging content for the websitesocial media posts newsletters etc.
  • Responding to the clientin a professional manner.
  • Organizing theevents to increase brand awareness.
  • Working incollaboration with Marketing PR and communications team members.
  • Taking feedback from the community and onlinereviews.
  • Analyzing community metrics andwebsite traffic.
  • Implementing communitycommunications initiatives.
  • Attendingworkshops conferences and networking events.
  • Understanding the products and servicesoffered by the company.
  • Building a strongrelationship with the new clients as well as the existing ones.
  • Managing portfolios of community to enhancebrand consistency.
  • Monitoring the clientssocial media accounts.
  • Staying updated withthe latest developments in online marketing.
Requirements


  • Provenwork experience as a Community Manager Community Specialist or asimilar job position in the Marketing department inweb3
  • Experience andknowledge in creating online communities and forums.
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to track andanalyzing community metrics.
  • Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic.
  • Experience and understanding of social mediaplatforms.
  • Knowledge andexperience of online marketing as well as online channels.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask aswell.
  • Ability to manage time and make timelydecisions.
  • Excellent organizational andinterpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding leadershipskills and ability to work in a team environment.
