Key Responsibilities:-● Lead and oversee all finance operations including accounts payable, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.● Act as a finance controller, ensuring robust internal controls, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to statutory requirements, including audits.● Monitor working capital and cash flow, ensuring effective management of payables and financial resources.● Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support key decision-making for business growth and cost optimization.● Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement financial best practices and maintain fiscal discipline.● Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.Qualifications & Skills:-● Chartered Accountant OR MBA with 15–20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.● Strong expertise in accounts payable, financial control, accounting standards, and budgeting.● Proven track record of managing financial reporting and compliance in complex business environments.● Proven track record of managing large procuremen budget is additional experience.● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.● Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.● Experience in GCC, It Service, SAAS is preferred.
