Job Title: Commission-Based Recruiter (IT, Engineering & Non-IT)

Job Type: Freelance/Commission-Only

Location: Remote

Compensation: Commission-based (earn a percentage per successful placement)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Commission-Based Recruiter to join our talent acquisition efforts. This is a high-reward opportunity for recruiters who excel at sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent. You will be compensated solely on successful placements, giving you the flexibility to work independently and earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Proactively identify qualified candidates using diverse sourcing strategies, including , job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline across various industries and job roles.


Candidate Screening:

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles.


Placement Management:

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and closing successful placements.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a commission-based or freelance model.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience recruiting for multiple industries and job levels is a plus.


Compensation:

  • Commission Structure: Earn a competitive percentage of the placement fee for each successful hire. Commission rates will vary based on the role and client agreement.
