Field Coordinator

Role Purpose
The Field Coordinator will work to implement and monitor program activities on the ground, ensuring that adolescent groups, community engagement, and program objectives are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the facilitation of life skills training sessions on gender, menstrual health, cyber security, and entrepreneurship for adlocentns and people in the community.
- Build strong relationships with community stakeholders, including parents, local leaders, and boys, to promote a supportive ecosystem for adolescent girls.
- Facilitate exposure visits and career guidance sessions for the girls.
- Regularly track group activities and ensure adherence to program schedules.
- Collect and document baseline data, training attendance, and program feedback for input into the MIS/KMS.
- Assist in planning and executing community-level events and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics for exposure visits, workshops, and school/college enrollment drives.
- Provide regular field updates to the Program Manager, highlighting challenges, successes, and lessons learned.
- Assist in documenting case studies, success stories, and best practices.
- Should be wiling be work in slums and communities
- Should know how to speak Telugu, Hindi, English.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of field experience, preferably in urban slum settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse communities.
- Hands-on experience in community mobilization and event coordination.
- Knowledge of adolescent health, education, and gender issues is a plus.
