2 - 3 years’ experience in security and loss prevention within supply chain including significant experience in a distribution and logistics environment.
- Relevant qualification in loss prevention, security management and related field.
- Ability to proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all the facts, consider other perspectives, conduct root cause analysis

Information & Intelligence
- Track the losses and do periodic audits to mitigate the local issues, work closely with the third-party team and provide feedback as per the business and process requirements.
- Enhance, track, and report on metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
- Effectively partner with internal customers in evaluating current and future security services, processes and initiatives
- Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all key shrink related goals and metrics.
