Job Title: Business Manager / Regional Manager / AGM - Hybrid IT Location: Delhi NCR Experience: Min 5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Hybrid IT Sales Manager to drive sales and business development in hybrid IT solutions, including cloud, on-premises, and integrated infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a deep understanding of hybrid cloud solutions, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies for hybrid IT solutions, including cloud services, data centre, and network infrastructure. • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their business needs and proposing suitable IT solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design and deliver customized solutions. • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives within defined timelines. • Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in hybrid IT and cloud technologies. • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • 5-15 years of experience in IT sales, focusing on hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. • Experience in selling IT infrastructure, data centre solutions, and managed services. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Understanding of IT security, networking, and virtualization technologies. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
