Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, particularly in migrating workflow rules and processes to Flow, transitioning customers from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, and hands-on experience with APEX, Visualforce, Java, and Flow.

Key Responsibilities :

- Workflow Migration : Lead the migration of workflow rules and processes to Flow, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal functionality.

- Salesforce Classic to Lightning Migration : Manage and execute the migration of customers from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, enhancing user experience and system performance.

- Technical Expertise : Utilize hands-on experience with APEX, Visualforce, Java, and Flow to develop custom solutions and enhance Salesforce capabilities.

- System Maintenance : Monitor and maintain the Salesforce environment, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

- User Support : Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are effectively utilizing Salesforce features and functionalities.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations to support ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a proven track record in workflow and migration projects.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Java, and Flow, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Certifications : Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred; additional certifications in related areas are a plus.
