The Who, What, Where and Why

The Force.Com Development Manager will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Aptean Salesforce and Financial Force systems. This role will receive requirements from our release management team and own the process of development, QA, and deployment of custom development and system configuration work. This resource will work closely both with the release management team and the business to understand and architect effective solutions.

Who?

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience with Force.com platform including Salesforce and ideally FinancialForce.com
  • 5+ years’ experience managing a team of developers and administrators
  • 5+ years working with the Force.com platform
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience managing/tracking issues across multiple regions
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently

What?

This person will:

  • Own the development cycle required to support our internal Salesforce and FinancialForce.com systems
  • Ensure development items are developed according to the roadmap and established delivery dates
  • Ensure quality of the releases with minimal rework and introduction of bugs
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the development team in Bangalore
