We are seeking a Marketing Automation and Operations specialist to join our dynamic team at ValueLabs who will be responsible for optimizing marketing processes, managing marketing automation platforms, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead management

• Manage technical aspects of the marketing systems (WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads; This includes tools and technology that is integrated with the web site, Google, and other critical marketing/sales tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Zoom Info, Zappier, etc.)

2. Process and workflows:

• Establish and maintain scalable and automated processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

• Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.

3. Database maintenance

• Daily administration and support of HubSpot database including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations. • Ensure clean databases, monitor and maintain data quality within HubSpot

4. Campaign Creations

• Build and maintain HubSpot campaigns, pages and workflows as required to support marketing initiatives, e.g. emails, workflows, landing pages, forms, etc.

5. Data & Insights:

• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards to monitor marketing campaigns, qualified leads, sales & marketing activities, opportunities, and business impact

6. Requirement Documentation:

• Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes

Secondary:

1. Theoretical or working knowledge of tools and technology that is integrated with the web site, Google, and other critical marketing/sales tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Zoom Info, Zappier, Groove, etc.)

2. Build and maintain WordPress web pages in HubSpot, in collaboration with internal web developer.

3. Documentation - Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials for users as database applications are developed

4. Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.


Requirements:

-Minimum 1-2 years' experience Marketing Automation.

-Open to work from office in Hyderabad.

-Good communication skills both oral and written.
