To accelerate our global expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in handling international clients and strong expertise in online bidding platforms.Key Responsibilities- Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. - Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. - Draft and present customized proposals to secure projects. - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align client needs with service delivery. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business growth targets. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities. - Negotiate project scopes, budgets, and agreements with clients.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in Business Development within the Digital Marketing industry. - Demonstrated success in working with international clients. - Expertise in online bidding portals (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.). - Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, Web Development). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.Perks & Benefits- Attractive salary with performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to work with global clients. - Growth-oriented and supportive work environment. - Professional development and career advancement opportunities.
