- We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented HR Executive to join our human resources team.
- The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance.

Requirements
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source screen and interview candidates to fill open positions.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees when necessary.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting employee goals.
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance.

- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Organize workshops seminars and other professional development activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
