We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare technology, agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment with our mission to improve health and safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for healthcare-related software solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders.

- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.

- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.

- Engage with customers and end-users to gather feedback and validate product features.

- Monitor product performance and KPIs to inform future enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMR/EHR systems, and clinical data standards is a plus.

- Experience working with Twilio or contact center technologies.

- Advanced SQL skills for data validation and analysis.

- Exposure to AI-enhanced platforms and data-driven product development.

Education and Experience.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in healthcare technology.

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.

- Analytical and Personal skills.

- Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.

- Good Communication skills in English - both written and verbal.

- Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work.

- Attention to details.
