We act for clients from over 40 countries, and advise them across industries and areas of law. From our offices in New Delhi, we serve client needs across the country. Our clients include many of the world's leading companies doing business in India.

We are presently in the process of expanding our team, and are looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager. The candidate will report to the Managing Partner of the firm.

Experience, qualifications and skills required: 

  • Experience: 3+ years, ideally in a reputed professional services firm/ services industry; 
  • Qualifications: graduate/ post-graduate from a reputed university, ideally in business, communications, journalism, public relations; an LL.B. degree will be a plus but is not necessary;
  • Smart, extroverted, persuasive, self-motivated and articulate, with strong negotiation skills;
  • Experience in preparing presentations, corporate communications, newsletters, organising seminars, conferences and networking events, preparing and maintaining client databases, social media management;
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities, proactive, energetic, gregarious, with an ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines;
  • Comfortable in interacting with senior management, and working across multiple time zones and cultures;
  • Excellent written and spoken English essential; working knowledge of Hindi and regional languages desirable, foreign language skills will be a plus;
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of graphic design (Canva etc.) and AI assistants; 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with low tolerance for politics at the workplace.
