Description :We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and integration methodologies.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Customize and configure Salesforce modules to align with business needs, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization within the Salesforce environment.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices.- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.Required Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.- Experience with Salesforce administration, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of data migration techniques using tools like Data Loader, Talend, or MuleSoft.- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification required; PD2 or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
