Job Title :Resort General Manager Location:Orissa Reports to: MDOverview: Our Client is aMid Segment Beach Hotel in Orissa ;Owned by a Hospitality Group committed to delivering exceptional Guest Experiences. We are currently seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead aBeach Resort with 40 Rooms and 2 Restaurants, Spaoffering a unique blend of comfort, relaxation, rejuvenation. .Responsibilities: · Oversee all aspects of Resort/Hotel Operations,ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. ·Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their potential and foster a positive work environment. ·Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase occupancy rates, and improve profitability. ·Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local authorities to ensure seamless operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. ·Monitor and control expenses, budgets, and financial reports, taking appropriate action to achieve financial targets. ·Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and employees. ·Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns, driving brand awareness and attracting new customers. ·Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Qualifications and Experience: · IHM / Bachelor's degree in Hotel Managementfrom a reputed institute. · A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the Hospitality industry , with at least2 years in a leadership role asGM/Unit Head/ Operations Manager. ·Past experience in handling Operations of Leisure Hotels andknowledge/experience of Hotels in Orissais preferred. ·Exceptional leadership and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. ·Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive financial results. ·Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of local languages would be an advantage. ·Proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. ·Sound knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry best practices. ·Familiarity with local regulations and ability to navigate the legal framework. ·A proactive and result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
