Digital Asset Management Administrator

Location: India

Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)


About the role:


We are looking for diligent individuals to join our team in helping manage our digital asset management system, Open Asset. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the backlog of administrative tasks on the system. This includes adding keywords to individual project photo files and album pages, as well as providing top-line information to enhance project overview pages and individual photo files.

You will play a crucial role in building an extensive knowledge database for our users, ensuring key information is easily accessible. Working closely with regional teams and users, you will help expedite the completion of necessary admin tasks, enabling us to optimize our OpenAsset system effectively.


Key responsibilities:


  1. Adding search-friendly information to digital albums and files in the digital asset system.
  2. Recording digital asset management system activity and progress in our project management tool.
  3. Collaborating with local teams and Marketing Leads to make processes more efficient.


Requirements:


  1. Excellent communication skills in English.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
  4. Capable of learning interior design and architecture industry terminology and identifying imagery.
  5. Proficiency in digital asset management systems or experience with a web portal, e.g. SharePoint and WordPress or similar (desirable but not required).
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook (desirable but not required).
  7. Interest or education in design and architecture (desirable but not required).
