The Head of Service Delivery, India is accountable to :

1. Ensure smooth and timely delivery of ETEK services across all clients in India, as measured by a CSAT / NPS survey and invoicing compliance against a projected milestone.

2. Assist clients in transforming their cybersecurity strategy and operations, helping the Cybersecurity team showcase value to the business through monthly or quarterly governance and recommendations.

3. Monitor profitability of all the delivery projects/programs being run for clients in Indiameasured with project level and overall services profitability.

4. Constantly reinvent ETEK services and operations in line with client emerging needs, changing threats landscape, scarcity of skillsets, and increasing competition. This is done with services definition and alignment of same with the sales.

5. Develop and train the team and constantly strive for excellence. 6. Services Quality Assurance works closely with sales and pre-sales to ensure that services can deliver the scope considered by pre-sales.

7. Coordinate the investigation, management, and response to all security incidents impacting the account and keep appraised of all security incidents and responses.

8. Manage external vendors/partners and procuring vendors and solutions to deliver project outcomes as needed.

9. Demonstrated ability to take on accountability for complex pieces of work and to work autonomously.

10. Exceptional communication and stakeholders' management including all levels of the organization.

11. Define the investment and maintenance budget of the area to ensure the proper functioning of the operation.

12. Monitor the client contracts and ensure ETEK services are delivering value and transforming clients.

13. Participate in the development of the company's strategic plan as needed.

14. Define the area's management indicators to monitor the strategic and tactical objectives defined in the general strategy and get them executed with the team.

15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

16. Set Team KPI, performance review, regular team feedback, and development of the resources.

17. Organize regular team bonding activities, rewards, & recognition to keep team motivated.

18. Work with the team closely in complex client situations, supporting the team hands-on.

19. Collaborate with the global delivery team to leverage best practices, manage the rotation of tasks 24-7 and ensure the proper transition between shifts.

Experience Required :

1. Been in leadership position managing a team of minimum 30 resources across locations.

2. Experience of scaling services organization & ensured strong client retention & growth.

3. A minimum of 15 years' experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Cyber Security Projects.

4. Must have master's or higher level of education or equivalent, preferably with strong experience in overall management and/or finance.

5. Financial knowledge is a must with a good understanding in running services P&L, optimizing same constantly while managing the contract risks.

6. Strong technical knowledge & understanding of cyber security standards and frameworks including PSPF/ISM/Essential 8, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, PCI-DSS, VPDSF, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, AESCSF, Vulnerability Management, Ethical Hacking, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, COBIT, NIST, SANS, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, CGEIT and/or local industry regulations. It is not mandatory to have all certification. Some Cybersecurity specific certification will be an advantage.

7. Proven experience in navigating through ambiguity, managing conflicting priorities, being adaptable and dealing with changing situations.

8. Experience in managing and delivering complex cybersecurity projects.

9. Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.

10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

11. Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans.

12. Experience in developing & implementing security policies, procedures, and standards.

13. Experience in managing and responding to security incidents and breaches.

Skills Required :

1. Expert knowledge of Information Security principles and practices

2. Experience with incident response and training delivery

3. Experience with NIST, ISO, PCI, GDPR and SOC frameworks and certification

4. Familiarity with cyber indices and industry best practices

5. Understanding of threat intelligence and its use in an operational environment

6. Advanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skills

7. Excellent understanding of current legislation and precedence governing IT.
