2. Academic and Research Excellence:

• Promote excellence in teaching, research, and creative activities within the school.

• Support faculty development and encourage scholarly and professional growth.

• Enhance the school's research profile through grants, partnerships, and publications.

• Ensure curriculum relevance by integrating emerging trends and technologies in journalism and mass communication.

3. Student Success:

• Advocate for student needs and support initiatives that enhance student learning and success.

Qualifications:

• A terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively.
