Someone meticulous, trustworthy, and efficient, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, tally operations, and D2C business processes.You’ll be the backbone of our finance operations, ensuring every invoice, ledger, and transaction reflects accuracy and integrity.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP.Record and reconcile sales, purchases, and inventory transactions across online and offline channels.Handle invoicing, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking.Maintain ledgers and ensure proper debit/credit entries.Manage reconciliations for bank accounts, payment gateways, and vendor balances.Support payroll calculations and coordinate with HR for salary disbursements.Coordinate with operations and e-commerce teams for reconciliation of payments, returns, and commissions.Maintain financial discipline and timely documentation across functions.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a D2C or fashion brandHands-on knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting principlesProven expertise in reconciliations, reimbursements, and payroll managementUnderstanding of basic statutory processes (GST, TDS, etc.)Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsSomeone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and takes complete ownership of their workWhy Join UsBe part of a purpose-driven brand that’s redefining how India wears its heritage.Work alongside a passionate, tight-knit team that believes in building with intention.Grow with a company that values both creativity and accountability.Location: Gurgaon (On-site) I 6 Days a week I Full-time
