About the jobWe are seeking an experienced AI/NLP Engineer to join our team. Our core expertise lies in six key areas: Cloud Engineering, Application Engineering, Data Engineering, Core Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Domain expertise.Job Responsibilities/KRAs:This is a hands-on AI engineer role who will be working on building LLMs to improve business process in P&C/Insurance.Work with large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, T5, etc.) to develop and optimize AI-driven applications.Analyse data and refine prompt strategies based on model performance and outcomes.Research and implement advanced NLP techniques to improve language model efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications.Develop, test, and deploy AI-based APIs and prompt engineering techniques.Continuously monitor and fine-tune AI models for performance enhancements.Requirements:Proven experience with large language models and AI-based tools.Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning concepts, and AI systems.Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.Expertise in creating and testing prompts, APIs, and AI-based applications.Ability to analyse large datasets and extract meaningful insights to improve AI model performance.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Must-Have:2 to 3 years of experience in AI-based models and tools.5 years of experience developing APIs.Good communication skills.Good understanding of SDLC.Ability to multi-task and switch contexts between projects.Flexible to take up challenging opportunities in Generative AI.Proven experience with large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, T5, etc.) and other AI-based tools.Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning concepts, and AI systems.Analyse data and refine prompt strategies based on results.Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.Experience in creating and testing prompts, APIs, or AI-based applications.Good to HaveAgile knowledgeInsurance Domain experienceAWS Certification and knowledge
