Job Description
The Head of Product will define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI/ML solutions.
This involves leading product development from concept to scaling, ensuring products meet market needs and deliver strong business outcomes.
The role requires hands-on engagement with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features accordingly.
Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams is essential for seamless product development and effective go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI/ML solutions.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Lead product development from concept (0-1) through scaling (1-10), ensuring products meet market needs and deliver strong business outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Get hands-on to deeply understand customer needs, gather feedback, and iterate on product features accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and effective go-to-market execution.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to continually refine and enhance our product portfolio.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management at top product organizations.
- Proven track record in both early-stage product launches (0-1) and scaling products (1-10). Experience with large-scale enterprises is a plus.
- Hands-On Approach: Comfortable working on the ground, engaging directly with customers, and driving product improvements based on real-world feedback.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to make data-driven decisions, innovate in a fast-paced environment, and balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
