The Role

We are seeking talented Backend Developers across various levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) to join our growing team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support AI-driven applications and Large Language Model (LLM) projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (Django).

  • Evaluate code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, AI/ML engineers, and frontend teams to define and implement new features and improvements.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in architecture and design discussions (for senior-level).
  • Ensure system reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Junior Developer
    • 1-2 years of experience in backend development.
    • Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) or Python (Django).
    • Basic knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
    • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
    • Exposure to AWS cloud services.
  • Mid-Level Developer
    • 3-5 years of hands-on backend development experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) or Python (Django).
    • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
    • Hands-on experience integrating AWS cloud services.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Senior Developer
    • 6+ years of backend development experience with proven leadership skills.
    • Expertise in designing scalable backend architectures using Java (Spring Boot) or Python (Django).
    • Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
    • Proficient in database design, optimization, and complex queries.
    • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
    • Ability to mentor team members and lead backend development projects.
