This role involves managing client relationships, addressing grievances, maintaining accurate data, coordinating offer letter releases, and handling invoicing. You will work closely with the sales and accounts teams to deliver a seamless and professional experience to our learners and clients.Key Responsibilities:• Client Handling: Serve as a point of contact for clients post-enrollment and ensure prompt support and resolution of queries • Grievance Management: Address and resolve client issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention • Data Management: Maintain and update accurate records of client information, offers, and transactions • Offer Letter Releasing: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely generation and dispatch of offer letters • Invoicing: Manage and process invoices accurately, in collaboration with the finance team. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 0.6 – 2 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or related roles • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel • Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
