Locations: Karnataka, Gujarat, MP, Chennai💼 Role Overview:As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint across markets. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, build lasting relationships with distributors and retailers, and drive strong revenue growth for the brand.🚀 Key Responsibilities:Develop & implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.Drive General Trade (GT) growth – distributor appointments, retail expansion & secondary sales.Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners.Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.Conduct regular market visits to track performance and identify opportunities.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activities; prepare actionable reports.🎯 Requirements:5–6 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Key Accounts, preferably in FMCG or Organic Foods.Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT) operations is a must.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and lead business in assigned territory.Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics & reporting.Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required.🌱 Why Join Us?Work with one of India’s fastest-growing organic food brands.Opportunity to create real impact in a purpose-driven business.Growth-oriented environment with a supportive team culture.
