AIKA Health is India's first holistic Gut health clinic located in New Delhi. We provide root-cause diagnosis and holistic treatment for gastrointestinal issues such as IBS, Acid Reflux, Gastritis, and other digestive problems. As a healthcare company, AIKA Health focuses on providing comprehensive and personalized care to improve patients' gut health.
Role Overview
As a Business Development executive (BDE) at AIKA Health, you will be the first touchpoint for our leads and play a pivotal role in representing the company's products and services to prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be understanding their health concerns and pitch the appropriate gut health programs, ultimately converting them into delighted customers.
This role requires a combination of empathy, tact, and strong communication skills to provide outstanding customer experiences and build trust with a diverse global user base. Your ability to adapt and personalize your approach will be critical to success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of AIKA Health's services.
- Conduct discovery calls to leads to understand their health concerns assess interest and recommend suitable programs.
- Present and sell products and services using strong, tailored arguments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Refine sales scripts and processes to improve performance.
- Plan and organize daily schedules to convert leads efficiently.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- She should have Bachelor's degree in B.A (HONS). B.COM (H) BPT, BDS, B. Sc/ M. Sc, BBA, B. Tech in relevant field.
- Previous inside sales experience is preferred, preferably in healthcare, edtech, or a similar field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
- He/She should be Strong convincing, motivation and lead nurturing skills
- Her Communication skills and fluency in english and hindi should be Strong
- He/She should have Relationship Building abilities
- She should have Strong interpersonal skills
- She should have ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- She should have Experience in healthcare sales or related field
- SHE should have 0-1 years experience in related fields like Healthcare/ health tech/ medical tourism/ D2C sales, nutrition sales, nutrition clinics, Lab platforms or any medical related field or client facing sales role.
- Highest levels of honesty, integrity and sincerity are expected
- She should have Inside Sales and Lead Management skills
