Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operational and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and a focus on accuracy to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update data in company systems and databases.
  • Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing of essential business documents.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
  • Respond to email inquiries and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in inventory and stock management processes.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role (Freshers are welcome).
  • Familiarity with office management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
