Human Resources Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Administration:
- Manage the end-to-end administration of ESOP, including grant, vesting and exercises.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to ESOP.
- Provide detailed reports and analysis on ESOP-related activities.
HR Analytics & Management Information Systems (MIS):
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reporting and dissemination.
- Experience on Oracle / SAP would be added advantage
Managing incentive Calculations / variable pays:
- Oversee the calculation of employee incentives, bonuses, and other variable compensation.
- Provide analytical support in the design and review of incentive schemes.
Tableau (Good to Have):
- Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting to support HR analytics.
- Develop custom dashboards in Tableau to track HR metrics and trends.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on Tableau usage.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on ESOP administration, incentive calculations, and HR analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR MIS.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
