Role Description


We're currently seeking a versatile Human Resources Specialist for a full-time role based in Mumbai, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site at different client locations. This position is tailored to manage HR functions for multiple clients across various industries, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing HR functions for multiple clients, including HR technology management, team member engagement, and policy enforcement
  • Conducting performance reviews, facilitating onboarding and exits, and coordinating talent acquisition efforts
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at client organizations
  • Managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring legal compliance
  • Implementing HR automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Strong writing skills to devise a robust internal communications plan
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience as an HR Generalist
  • Annual Compensation upto 5L
