CTC: 4-10 LPA INR (+ Performance Bonus)


About the Role:

Are you a versatile HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition and a knack for managing various HR and administrative functions? We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruitment, provide executive support to senior leadership, and manage key office administration tasks. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and culture of our organization while ensuring efficient HR operations.


Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):


Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent for a wide range of positions across the organization using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective, data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experience.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and enhance recruitment processes.

Office Administration:

  • Oversee office administration tasks, such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, managing office logistics, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace environment.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, scheduling, and communication.

Executive Assistance:

  • Assist senior leadership in strategic decision-making by managing key administrative tasks including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on technical recruitment and general HR functions.
  • Experience in recruiting for technical roles, such as software developers or engineers, is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using HR software, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and payroll management tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR and administrative projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employee growth and development.
