This role will be an integral position in the technology and emerging growth practice area and the person will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure accurate and timely communications and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within the required timeframe. But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities.How you'llspend your time:Managing-Coordinating projects are on budget and on target for completion for the required due datesManaging Project Management softwareTracking constantly moving client/prospect contact listFollowing up with proposal/pipeline status from Manager-PartnerAssisting with onboarding on new clients and coordinating with all internal team membersCoordinating with Tax team for Centralized Firm initiatives such as Centralized Tax Processing, updating XCM, assisting with preparation of Engagement Letters, and assisting with adherence to all firm policiesRequirements:Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification, hands-on experience with a U.S. accounting firmStrong project management skillsStrong personal and communication skills both written and verbal; able to adapt to a variety of styles and personalitiesHigh sense of urgency and ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work with several technology platforms including Microsoft Office suite and learn our project management platformReliable, productive, and self-motivated; able to work well under pressureBring Out of the Box ideasAble to learn and adapt to new and complex procedures quicklyWithum will not discriminate against any employeeor applicant for employment becauseof race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or because they are a protected veteran.
