Role Title : Senior Change Management Consultant.

Role Focus :

A Change Management Consultant at Argano supports clients in navigating organizational changes resulting from technology implementations, process enhancements, or other transformational projects.

They collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective change management strategies aimed at minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assess the impact of proposed changes on stakeholders and develop corresponding change management plans.

- Identify potential risks and barriers to change, devising strategies to mitigate them.

- Create communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about upcoming changes and their implications.

- Develop and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.

- Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, preferred.

Skill Requirements :

Overall, more than 6 years of experience with more than 1-2 years of experience in change management, with involvement in at least 4-5 projects including both technology implementation and process redesign/change initiatives.

- Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement : Identifying key stakeholders and their roles in the change processes.

- Engaging stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Communicating change messages clearly and persuasively to various audiences.

- Building a rapport and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

- Workshop Facilitation and Training : Facilitating workshops to gather input, address concerns, and drive consensus.

- Designing and delivering training programs to build change capabilities.

- Project Management Principles Applying project management methodologies to coordinate change activities.

- Managing timelines, resources, and budgets for changing projects.

- Team Collaboration : Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change efforts.

- Contributing to a positive team environment and sharing best practices.

- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving : Analyzing data and trends to anticipate change impacts and mitigate risks.

- Identifying and resolving issues or barriers to successful change adoption.

- Experienced in driving change, transformation, and rapid growth.
