About Argano :Argano is the worlds largest global digital consultancy, exclusively connecting design and delivery for the transformation of high-performance business operations, extending our clients commercial agility, profitability, customer experience, and growth.Our strategic consulting, bolstered by proprietary IP, provides a comprehensive view of business operations, pinpointing areas of strength and unveiling opportunities for improvement.Argano is at the intersection of operations and technology for digital transformation.Job Summary :A Technical Consultant at Argano is a mid-level professional responsible for small to mid-scale software development tasks as part of client projects.They are responsible for delivering quality work independently on small to mid-size client projects.They work as part of a team under the direction of more experienced consultants as part of larger workstreams.They have demonstrated their ability to work with high quality on substantial project tasks with direction.This position is responsible for the identification of features, design, development, unit testing, and validation support of components of applications, processes, and solutions.Responsibilities :- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.- Analyzes small to mid-size client requirements and design comprehensive technical solutions.- Participates in Design and implement solutions, gather, and analyze requirements with business owner and organize discussion and infrastructure requirement analysis to meet the defined business criteria.- Participates Design and develop applications, administer user groups and design, including creating users and user groups and allocate required permissions.- Participates in Meeting with project managers to determine client needs, developing customized solutions within the Technology platform, Creating estimates, timelines and development goals and Designing, coding, and implementing applications.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in one or more programming languages.Minimum & Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field .- Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development.- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, engineering, or a related field.- 3- 7 years of experience in integration development, with at least 2 years in MuleSoft.- Strong proficiency in Mule 4, DataWeave, and CloudHub.- Experience with API design, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.- Familiarity with enterprise systems integration and healthcare data standards is a plus.- Good understanding of security protocols, governance, and performance optimization.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Experience :- 3+ years of technical consultant experience or in related field.- knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.- Experience developing technical solutions leveraging version control and adherence to life cycle management best practices for code promotion.- Previous work experience with programming, coding or and software development.Skill Requirement :- Requirements Analysis : Capability to gather, understand, and implement project requirements effectively.- Teamwork : Communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.- Communication : Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential for collaborating with team members and conveying findings to clients.- Proficient in English.- Programming Languages : Proficiency in one programming languages.- Software Development : Understanding of software development and coding principles.- Version Control : Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative coding workflows.- Documentation : Proficiency in documenting code and system architecture to facilitate maintenance and collaboration.About Us :Argano is the first of its kind: a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.We steward enterprises through ever-evolving markets, empowering them with transformative strategies and technologies to exceed customer expectations, unlock commercial innovation, and drive optimal efficiency and growth.Argano is an equal-opportunity employer.All applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
