Job Role: B2B Inside Sales Executive:
As a B2B Inside Sales Executive at Loyzo Retails India Pvt Ltd , you will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging with potential B2B clients, and closing bulk sales . This position requires strong communication skills, lead conversion ability, and an understanding of retail and hospital procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and engage with supermarkets, hypermarkets, multi-brand retailers, distributors, and hospitals to introduce Loyzo's babywear range .
Research potential B2B clients and build a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and cold outreach .
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, budgets, and purchasing behavior .
Reach out via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and virtual meetings to pitch our product offerings.
Sales & Client Engagement:
Present Loyzo's newborn baby products to potential B2B buyers.
Work closely with the B2B Sales Manager to schedule & coordinate meetings .
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment structures for bulk orders.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new retail partners, distributors, and hospital procurement teams.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail chains, distributors, and hospital procurement teams .
Regularly follow up with existing clients for reorders, promotions, and product feedback .
Assist clients with product catalogs, price lists, and promotional materials .
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work with marketing teams to strategize B2B campaigns & promotional offers .
Maintain detailed sales records, track progress in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint .
Provide weekly sales reports & market feedback to management.
Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in B2B inside sales (preferably in fashion, kids' wear, FMCG, or baby products ).
Strong knowledge of wholesale distribution, retail chains, and hospital procurement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
Experience in cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing small-to-mid-sized deals .
Tech-savvy with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
Fluent in English & Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Strong analytical and presentation skills to prepare sales decks & performance reports .
